Hi! I'm Lillian. Currently based in the beautiful Pacific Northwest in Seattle, Washington.
After a decade of experience as a trusted client partner, a driven commercial leader, and a solution-oriented project manager, I'm excited to bring my skills and experience to the University of Washington's Allen School for Computer Science and Engineering as an associate director of corporate and foundation relations. In this role I help broker public-private partnerships to support the incredible research and teaching happening at the Allen School. Previously, I led the account management team at Visit.org, where we partnered with the Fortune 500 to drive employee engagement and help corporations deliver on their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals. Before that, my working hours were focused on creating outsized client value, driving revenue and retention strategies, and building agile and successful teams at FiscalNote. I learned the value of research-based insight and the importance of a tight process at CEB (now Gartner) and before that, I discovered the key role community plays in sustainable local development at Mt. Airy CDC in Philadelphia, PA. I'm a magna cum laude graduate in International Relations from High Point University where I minored in communications (women's and gender studies) and Spanish. Putting that language study to absolutely no use, but meeting some of the brightest minds in foreign relations, I spent a stint at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. |
